Avalon Legends, tripeaks card game for iPad Avalon Legends Solitaire is a beautiful tripeaks solitaire game. The goal of the game is to place a card on the discard pile that has a value that is either one higher or one lower than the top card on the pile. Each level in the game has a goal to complete in ten rounds. For example, on some levels you have to achieve a certain number of points or a specific number of perfect rounds. Pocket, news reader for iPad Pocket is one of the most useful apps on my iPad. With Pocket I can have website articles stored and organized in one place for offline reading. Articles can be added to Pocket from many news readers, such as Blogshelf, Flipboard, or Zite, or from a web browser with a toolbar extension provided by the developers of Pocket. Virtual Flower Garden for iPad Flower Garden is exactly what the title indicates, a virtual flower garden. You start with one set of flower pots and several packets of seeds in the free version of the app. Additional sets of pots and seeds can be purchased for $.99 each or you can earn credits to purchase them by planting flowers and sending bouquets to your friends. The app has three types of flower gardens and pots (greenhouse, outdoors, and secret) and 5 sets of seeds (Common Seeds, Seeds of Love, Seeds of Gratitude, Seeds of Joy, and Seeds of Winter) that you can purchase. MLB Home Run Derby

MLB Home Run Derby game for iPad Since tonight is the MLB Home Run Derby, I thought I'd review the game of the same name from MLB.com. Although the basic game is free, to really do well with the game, you need to be an excellent hitter or purchase in-app money for powerups.
