Here's an easy way to create separators on your Bookmarks Bar in Safari. Open a new blank tab in Safari and type "Blank" into the URL box. While the page is loading, bookmark it to your Bookmarks Bar. Name it "|". Open the Bookmarks window and move the new bookmark to the location you want on your Bookmarks Bar. You can create more separators by duplicating the bookmark - hold the Option key while moving the bookmark to a new location. Your Bookmarks Bar will now have a nice organized look.
