Brief Synopsis:
Evita is the slightly fictionalized story of Eva Peron's rise to power, told through the eyes of Che (Gueverra). Eva grows up poor but she yearns to leave her roots and poverty behind her. She uses men to make her way to Buenos Aires and fame as a model and actress. She meets Juan Peron and helps him rise to the highest level of office and power in Argentina, but Eva dies tragically at the age of only 32. The story is told entirely through songs.
