Jule Styne composed the music for most of the songs in the movie version of "Funny Girl." All 14 songs in the film are sung by Barbra Streisand.


People

"People" has been a popular song since it was first introduced by Barbra Streisand in the Broadway version of "Funny Girl" in 1964. Her single of it reached number five on the charts and it was her first top 40 hit. "People" has been recorded many times, including versions by such diverse artists as Perry Como, the Supremes and Michael Ball.
