Carlos Corporan, catcher, was first drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in 2003. He played in the Brewers' minor league system from 2003 through 2009, playing in just one game with the Brewers in 2009. In December, 2009, he signed a minor league contract with the Arizona Diamondbacks and he spent all of the 2010 season in the minor leagues.

Corporan signed with the Houston Astros in November, 2010. He played in 52 games with the Astros in 2011 and he finished with 29 hits and a .188 batting average. He played in just 27 games with the team in 2012, spending the rest of the time in the minor leagues. He finished his minor league career with 567 hits, 293 RBIs, and a .254 batting average in 682 games.

In 2013, Corporan batted .225 with 43 hits in 64 games with the Astros. He finished the 2014 season with 40 hits and a .235 batting average in 55 games.

Corporan was traded to the Texas Rangers on January 21, 2015. He spent most of the 2015 season on the DL with a sprained thumb. He finished the season with a .178 batting average in 33 games with the Rangers.

Corporan signed a minor league contract with the New York Yankees on January 27, 2016. He was traded to the Tampa Bay Rays on April 2nd. Two months later, the Rays released him on May 20th. He signed with the Miami Marlins four days later. He spent the 2016 season in the minor leagues.

Corporan signed a minor league contract with the Chicago Cubs on January 9, 2017. He was released on May 2, 2017. He didn't play professional baseball in 2017.

Corporan played in the Mexican League in 2018. He hasn't played professional baseball since 2018.
