Chris Parmelee, infielder, was first drafted by the Minnesota Twins in 2006. He played in their minor league system from 2006 through part of 2012, finishing with a .270 batting average.

Parmelee joined the Twins for 21 games in 2011 and 64 games in 2012. In 2013, he played in 101 games and he had 67 hits and a .228 batting average. As a right fielder, he made 105 putouts and 2 errors with a .982 fielding percentage in 68 games. He finished the 2014 season with 64 hits and a .256 batting average in 87 games.

Parmelee signed with the Baltimore Orioles on January 26, 2015. He spent most of the 2015 season in the minors, playing in just 32 games with the Orioles before they designated him for assignment on July 31st.

Parmelee signed a minor league contract with the New York Yankees on February 23, 2016. He spent most of the 2016 season in the minor leagues, playing in just 6 games with the Yankees.

Parmelee became a free agent on October 5, 2016. He signed a minor league contract with the Oakland Athletics on November 19, 2016. He was released by the Athletics on June 13, 2017. The Miami Marlins signed him to a minor league contract on July 26th. He spent the 2017 season in the minors.

Parmelee elected free agency on November 6, 2017. He didn't play professional baseball in 2018.

Parmelee signed a minor league contract with the Los Angeles Dodgers on March 9, 2019. He spent the 2019 season in the minors.
