Efren Navarro, infielder, was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels in 2007. He played in the Angels' minor league system from 2007 through the beginning of the 2014 season. He won the Rawlings Gold Glove award for minor league players in 2011. In 901 games in the minors, he had 974 hits, 216 doubles, and 460 RBIs with a .296 batting average.

Navarro played in eight games with the Angels in 2011 and in four games in 2013. He finished the 2014 season with 39 hits and a .245 batting average in 64 games. Defensively, he played 23 games in left field with a .977 fielding percentage and 28 games at first base with a .992 fielding percentage. He hit his first major league home run on July 26, 2014. He had just one at-bat with no hits in the 2014 postseason.

In 2015, Navarro played in 72 games in the minor leagues and in 54 games with the Angels. He had 21 hits and a .253 batting average in his time in the majors. On July 28, 2015, the Angels designated him for assignment.

Navarro signed with the Seattle Mariners on March 2, 2016. He spent the entire 2016 season in the minors.

Navarro signed a minor league contract with the Detroit Tigers on January 10, 2017. He spent most of the 2017 season in the minors, playing in just 23 games with the Tigers.

Navarro elected free agency on November 6, 2017. He signed a minor league contract with the Chicago Cubs on January 31, 2018. After 4 games with the Cubs and 48 games in the minors, he was released on June 14, 2018.

Navarro played in Japan in 2019. He signed with a Mexican League team on March 1, 2020, and he played in their Winter League in 2020.

Navarro played in the Mexican League and in the Mexican Pacific Winter League in 2021.
