Hank Conger, catcher, was drafted by the Los Angeles Angels in 2006. He played in the Angels' minor league system from 2006 through most of 2012, playing in just 79 games with the Angels from 2010 through 2012.
Conger played in 92 games with the Angels in 2013. He batted .249 with 58 hits and 13 doubles. He finished the 2014 season with 51 hits and a .221 batting average in 80 games. He had one at-bat in one game in the postseason with no hits.
On November 5, 2014, Conger was traded to the Houston Astros. He finished the 2015 season with 46 hits, 33 RBIs, and a .229 batting average in 73 games. Defensively, as a catcher, he made 22 assists, 472 putouts, and 4 errors in 69 games. Players had no trouble stealing off him - he allowed 42 stolen bases.
Conger was traded to the Tampa Bay Rays on December 2, 2015. He played in just 49 games with the Rays in 2016.
Conger became a free agent on October 4, 2016. He signed a minor league contract with the Arizona Diamondbacks on February 9, 2017. He spent the 2017 season in the minors until he was released on July 28th.
Conger played in the Mexican League in 2018. He didn't play professional baseball in 2019.
