Hector Noesi, pitcher, was first signed by the New York Yankees in 2004. He pitched in the Yankees' minor league system from 2006 through 2010.

Noesi was a relief pitcher for the Yankees in 2011, pitching 56.1 innings in 30 games. He finished the season with a 2-2 record and a 4.47 ERA.

In January, 2012, the Yankees traded Noesi to the Seattle Mariners. He was a starting pitcher for the Mariners in 2012, finishing with a 2-12 record and a 5.82 ERA. He spent time in the minor leagues in 2013, pitching just 27.1 innings in 12 games with the Mariners.

Noesi was traded to the Texas Rangers on April 12, 2014 but ten days later, the Rangers designated him for assignment. He was claimed off waivers by the White Sox on April 25, 2014. He finished the 2014 season with an 8-12 record, 123 strikeouts to 56 walks, and a 4.75 ERA in 2 games with the Mariners, 3 games with the Rangers, and 28 games with the White Sox. In 2015, he pitched 32.2 innings in 10 games with the White Sox.

Noesi played in Korea in 2016 and 2017. He played five games in the Dominican Winter League in 2018.

Noesi signed a minor league contract with the Miami Marlins on January 22, 2019. He spent most of the 2019 season in the minors, pitching just 27.2 innings in 12 games with Miami.

Noesi became a free agent on October 17, 2019. He signed a minor league contract with the Pittsburgh Pirates on December 17th. He didn't play professional baseball in 2020.

Noesi elected free agency on November 2, 2020. He didn't play professional baseball in 2021.
