Kevin Gausman, starting pitcher for the Baltimore Orioles, was originally drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2010 but he opted instead for college. A year later, he was drafted by and signed with the Orioles. In July 2012, he signed a $4.32 million contract with Baltimore.
