Roger Kieschnick, retired left fielder, was a top collegiate baseball player when he was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in 2008. He played in the Giant's minor league system from 2009 through most of 2013, finishing with 560 hits, 125 doubles, 80 home runs, 327 RBIs, and a .276 batting average in 535 games.

In 2013, Kieschnick joined the Giants for 38 games and he batted .202 with 17 hits. As a left fielder, he made 38 putouts with no errors in 25 games.

On March 29, 2014, the Giants designated Kieschnick for assignment and six days later, the Arizona Diamondbacks claimed him off waivers. He finished the 2014 season with just 8 hits in 25 games with the Diamondbacks. Defensively, he played 5 games in left field and 3 games in right field.

On October 7, 2014, Kieschnick was claimed off waivers by the Angels. He played in the minors in 2015 and in the Mexican League in 2016. He hasn't played professional baseball since 2016.

Kieschnick retired in August, 2018.
