Archie Bradley, pitcher for the Miami Marlins, was drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in June, 2011. He pitched in the Diamondbacks' minor league system from 2011 through 2014. During that time, he had a 29-18 record, 393 strikeouts to 202 walks, and a 3.14 ERA in 373.0 innings in 73 games.

On April 28, 2015, Bradley was hit in the face by a ball hit by Carlos Gonzalez. He went on the DL and missed much of the season. He pitched 35.2 innings in 8 games with the Diamondbacks and he finished the season with a 2-3 record and a 5.80 ERA. He also pitched in 6 games in the minors.

Bradley pitched in 26 games with the Diamondbacks in 2016. He finished the season with a 5.02 ERA, 8 wins to 9 losses, and 143 strikeouts to 67 walks in 141.2 innings.
