Carlos Frias, relief pitcher, signed with the Los Angeles Dodgers in January, 2007. He played in the Dodgers' minor league system from 2007 through most of 2014. As a minor leaguer, Frias pitched 542.0 innings in 132 games. During that time, he had a 40-34 win-loss record and 441 strikeouts to 204 walks.

Frias joined the Dodgers for 15 games in 2014. He pitched 32.1 innings and he had a 1-1 record and a 6.12 ERA.

Frias pitched 13 games as a starter in 2015 and 4 games in relief. He finished the season with a 5-5 record, 43 strikeouts to 26 walks, and a 4.06 ERA in 77.2 innings.

In 2016, Frias spent time on the DL and in the minors, pitching in just one game with the Dodgers.

The Dodgers designated Frias for assignment on January 25, 2017. They traded him to the Cleveland Indians on January 30th. He was designated for assignment by the Indians on May 16, 2017. He spent the entire 2017 season in the minors.

Frias became a free agent on November 6, 2017. He signed a minor league contract with the Indians on March 7, 2018. Almost two months later, on April 28th, he signed with a Mexican League team. He played in the Mexican League in 2018 and in 2019, until he was released on May 20, 2019.

Frias hasn't played professional baseball since 2019.
