Jace Peterson, infielder for the Atlanta Braves, was first drafted by the San Diego Padres in 2011. He played in the Padres' minor league system from 2011 through most of 2014. During that time, he batted .287 with 421 hits, 73 doubles, 187 RBIs, 148 stolen bases, and 233 strikeouts to 217 walks in 389 games.
