Juan Perez, outfielder, was drafted by the San Francisco Giants in 2008. He played in the Giants' minor league system from 2009 through 2012. He joined the Giants for 34 games in 2013.

Perez played in 61 games with the Giants in 2014. The remainder of his time was spent in the minor leagues. In his 61 games with the Giants, he batted .170 with 17 hits. Defensively, he played 17 games in center field, 40 games in left field, and five games in right field. He made 65 putouts and he had just one error. He spent most of the 2015 season back in the minor leagues, playing in just 22 games with the Giants.

Perez spent the entire 2016 season in the minors. He became a free agent on November 7, 2016.

Perez signed a minor league contract with the Detroit Tigers on December 14, 2016. After 39 games in the minors in 2017, he was released on August 9th.

Perez played in the Mexican League in 2018 and 2019. He played in the Dominican Winter League and in the Caribbean Series in 2020. He played in the Mexican League and the Dominican Winter League in 2021.
