Kristopher Negron, infielder, was originally drafted by the Boston Red Sox in 2006. After playing in Boston's minor league system for three and a half years, they traded him to the Cincinnati Reds in August, 2009. He then continued to play in the minors through most of 2014.

As a minor leaguer, Negron batted .246 with 800 hits, 140 doubles, 298 RBIs, 187 stolen bases, and 723 strikeouts to 286 walks in 943 games. Defensively, he played every position except shortstop.

In 2014, Negron joined the Reds for 49 games. During that time, he had 39 hits, 10 doubles, and a .271 batting average. Defensively, he played 17 games at second base, 25 games at third base, 2 games at shortstop, and 1 game in left field.

Negron played in just 43 games with the Reds in 2015. He batted .140 with 13 hits. He signed a minor league contract with the Chicago Cubs on January 14, 2016. He spent the 2016 season in the minors.

Negron became a free agent on November 7, 2016. Seven days later, he signed a minor league contract with the Arizona Diamondbacks. He spent most of the 2017 season in the minors, playing in just 14 games with the Diamondbacks.

The Diamondbacks traded Negron to the Seattle Mariners on August 30, 2018. He spent most of the 2018 season in the minors, playing in just 2 games with the Diamondbacks and 18 games with the Mariners.

Negron was traded to the Los Angeles Dodgers on July 29, 2019. He spent most of the 2019 season on the DL and in the minors, playing in just 10 games with the Mariners and 30 games with the Dodgers. He batted .247 with 19 hits.

The Dodgers released Negron on November 9, 2019. He hasn't played professional baseball since 2019.
