Miguel Rojas, infielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers, was first signed by the Cincinnati Reds in November, 2005. He played in the Reds' minor league system from 2006 through 2012. After he signed with the Dodgers in November, 2012, he continued to play in the minors through most of 2014.

As a minor league player from 2006 through 2014, Rojas had 556 hits, 76 stolen bases, 198 RBIs, and 303 strikeouts to 198 walks in 725 games. Defensively, at shortstop, he made 1,750 assists, 353 double plays, 971 putouts, and 96 errors in 612 games.

Rojas joined the Dodgers for 45 games in 2014. He had 17 hits and a .200 batting average during that time.

On December 11, 2014, Rojas was traded to the Miami Marlins. He played in 60 games with the Marlins in 2015. During that time, he batted .282 with 40 hits. Defensively, he played 32 games at shortstop, 9 games at second base, and 9 games at third base.

Rojas finished the 2016 season with a .247 batting average and 48 hits in 123 games with the Marlins. Defensively, he played 41 games at first base, 45 games at second base, 16 games at third base, and 33 games at shortstop.
