Odubel Herrera, outfielder for the Philadelphia Phillies, was originally signed by the Texas Rangers in 2008 when he was just 16 years old. He played in the Rangers' minor league system from 2009 through 2014. During that time, he batted .294 with 683 hits, 98 doubles, 128 stolen bases, 251 RBIs, and 421 strikeouts to 197 walks in 610 games.
