Pedro Ciriaco, infielder, was originally signed by the Arizona Diamondbacks in February, 2003. After playing in the Braves' minor league system from 2005 through half of 2010, they traded him to the Pittsburgh Pirates on July 31, 2010. He then continued in the minors, joining the Pirates for just eight games in 2010 and 23 games in 2011.

Ciriaco signed with the Boston Red Sox in January, 2012. He played in a career high 76 games with the Red Sox in 2012. That season, he had 76 hits, 15 doubles, 16 stolen bases, and a .293 batting average. Despite his good numbers in 2012, the Red Sox traded him in June 2013 to the San Diego Padres. A month later, he was claimed off waivers by the Kansas City Royals. In a total of 56 games in 2013 (28 with the Red Sox, 23 with the Padres, and 5 with the Royals), he batted .224 with 28 hits.

On October 13, 2014, Ciriaco signed with the Atlanta Braves. He played in 84 games with the Braves in 2015. During that time, he batted .261 with 37 hits. Defensively, he played at all four infield positions, as well as one game in left field.

Ciriaco signed with the Texas Rangers on January 13, 2016. He was traded to the Miami Marlins on July 8, 2016. A month later, on August 17th, he signed a minor league contract with the Detroit Tigers. He played only in the minors in 2016.

Ciriaco became a free agent on November 7, 2016. He hasn't played professional baseball since 2017.
