Brandon Finnegan, pitcher for the Cincinnati Reds, was first drafted in 2011 by the Texas Rangers but he opted instead to attend Texas Christian University. Three years later, he was drafted by the Kansas City Royals. He was traded to the Reds on July 26, 2015.
