Caleb Cotham, retired relief pitcher, was first drafted in 2009 by the New York Yankees. He pitched in the Yankees' minor league system from 2009 through most of 2015. In 120 games, he pitched 367.1 innings and he had a 19-24 record, 312 strikeouts to 122 walks, and a 3.94 ERA.

Cotham pitched 9.2 innings in 12 games with the Yankees in 2015. He also pitched in 35 games in the minors.

Cotham was traded to the Reds on December 28, 2015. He finished the 2016 season with a 7.40 ERA, no wins to 3 losses, and 21 strikeouts to 12 walks in 24.1 innings in 23 games with the Reds.

Cotham became a free agent on November 7, 2016. He retired in March, 2017.

Cotham was the Reds' assistant pitching coach in 2019.
