Darin Mastroianni, outfielder, was first drafted in 2007 by the Toronto Blue Jays. He played in the Blue Jays' minor league system from 2007 through 2011, joining the Blue Jays for just one game in 2011. He was claimed off waivers by the Minnesota Twins in February, 2012.

In 2012, Mastroianni played in a career high 77 games with the Twins. He batted .252 with 41 hits and 21 stolen bases. The following season, he played in just 30 games and he had 12 hits and a .185 batting average.

The Blue Jays claimed Mastroianni off waivers on April 22, 2014. He spent most of the 2014 season in the minors, playing in just 7 games with the Twins and 14 games with the Blue Jays.

Mastroianni signed with the Philadelphia Phillies in October, 2014. After just a couple of months in the Phillies' minor league system, he was traded to the Washington Nationals on May 5, 2015. He spent the rest of the season in the minors.

Mastroianni signed again with the Twins on December 14, 2015. He spent most of the 2016 season in the minors, playing in just 7 games with the Twins.

Mastroianni became a free agent on November 7, 2016. He hasn't played professional baseball since 2016.
