Hansel Robles, relief pitcher for the Los Angeles Dodgers, signed with the New York Mets in August, 2008. He pitched in the Mets' minor league system as both a starting pitcher and as a relief pitcher from 2009 through 2014. In 68 games as a starter and 36 games from the bullpen, he pitched 441.1 innings and he had a 29-20 win-loss record and 396 strikeouts to 129 walks.

Robles joined the Mets as a relief pitcher in 2015. In 54.0 innings in 57 games, he had a 3.67 ERA and 61 strikeouts to 18 walks. In the postseason, he pitched 3.0 innings in 3 games and he gave up no hits, struck out four batters and walked none.
