Keon Broxton, outfielder for the Milwaukee Brewers, was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 2008 but he opted instead for college. A year later, he signed with the Arizona Diamondbacks. In March, 2014, he was traded to the Pittsburgh Pirates.
Broxton played in the minor leagues from 2009 through 2015. In 826 games, he batted .253 with 762 hits, 128 doubles, 150 stolen bases, 337 RBIs, and 967 strikeouts to 348 walks. Defensively, as a center fielder, he made 1,328 putouts and 28 errors in 611 games.
