Kyle Barraclough, relief pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels, was first drafted by the Minnesota Twins in 2011 but he didn't sign with them. The following year, he signed with the St. Louis Cardinals. He was traded to the Miami Marlins on July 24, 2015.

Barraclough pitched in the minor leagues from 2012 through most of 2015. In 140.2 innings in 104 games, he had 27 saves and 176 strikeouts to 79 walks.

Barraclough pitched in 25 games from the Marlins' bullpen in 2015. He finished the season with a 2.59 ERA and 30 strikeouts to 18 walks in 24.1 innings. He gave up 12 hits, including 1 home run, and 8 runs.
