Logan Verrett, pitcher, was drafted by the New York Mets in 2011. In December, 2014, he was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles under the rule five draft. He was claimed off waivers by the Texas Rangers on April 2, 2015, and a month later, on May 4th, he returned to the Mets.

Verrett pitched in the minor leagues from 2012 through part of 2015. He pitched in 80 games as a starting pitcher and in 7 games as a reliever. In 476.0 innings, he had a 33-16 record, 397 strikeouts to 97 walks, and a 3.99 ERA.

Verrett pitched from the Rangers' bullpen in four games in 2015. After returning to the Mets, he pitched in four games as a starter and in 10 games from the Mets' bullpen. He finished the season with a 3.59 ERA and 39 strikeouts to 15 walks in 47.2 innings.

In 2016, Verrett had a 5.20 ERA in 12 games as a starter and 23 games as a reliever. He had 3 wins to 8 losses and 66 strikeouts to 43 walks in 139.1 innings.

The Mets traded Verrett to the Orioles on November 30, 2016. He spent most of the 2017 season in the minors, pitching just 10.2 innings in 4 games with the Orioles.

Verrett became a free agent on October 3, 2017. He didn't play professional baseball in 2018.

Verrett signed a minor league contract with the Oakland Athletics on February 8, 2019. He spent the 2019 season in the minors and on the DL.

Verrett became a free agent on November 4, 2019. He didn't play professional baseball in 2020.

Verrett was assigned to the Seattle Mariners on May 24, 2021. He played in the minors and in the independent American Association in 2021.

Verrett became a free agent on November 7, 2021.
