Luis Perdomo, pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers, was first signed by the St. Louis Cardinals in 2010. He pitched in the Cardinals' minor league system from 2011 through 2015. In 66 games, he had a 4.10 ERA, 16-31 win-loss record, and 270 strikeouts to 94 walks in 316.0 innings.

The Colorado Rockies claimed Perdomo off waivers on December 10, 2015. Later that day, he was traded to the San Diego Padres. He finished the 2016 season with a 5.71 ERA in 20 games as a starter and 15 games in relief. He had 9 wins to 10 losses and 105 strikeouts to 46 walks.

Perdomo finished the 2017 season with 8 wins and 11 losses, 118 strikeouts to 65 walks, and a 4.67 ERA in 163.2 innings in 29 games.

Perdomo spend time on the DL in 2018 with a strained right shoulder. He pitched 44.2 innings in 12 games and he had 1 win and 6 losses, 39 strikeouts to 22 walks, and a 7.05 ERA.

The Padres released Perdomo on November 23, 2020. He signed a minor league contract with the Brewers on January 4, 2021. He spent the 2021 season on the IL. After the season ended, he played in the Dominican Winter League.
