Tim Adleman, pitcher, was first drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in 2010. After two seasons with the Orioles, he was released on March 27, 2012. He spent the 2012 season in the American Association independent league. He signed with the Cincinnati Reds on October 14, 2013.

As a minor league player from 2010 through 2015, Adleman pitched in 54 games as a starting pitcher and in 52 games as a reliever. In 393.1 innings, he had 19 wins to 30 losses and he struck out 324 batters and walked 125.

In 2016, Adleman played in 13 games with the Reds. He He finished the season with a 4.00 ERA, 4 wins to 4 losses, and 47 strikeouts to 20 walks in 69.2 innings.

Adleman pitched in 20 games as a starter and 10 games of relief in 2017. He finished the season with 5 wins and 11 losses, 108 strikeouts to 51 walks, and a 5.52 ERA in 122.1 innings.

Adleman was released by the Reds on December 6, 2017. He didn't play professional baseball in 2018.

The Detroit Tigers signed Adleman on May 11, 2019. He spent the 2019 season in the minors and in the independent Atlantic League.

Adleman played only in the Dominican Winter League in 2020.

Adleman elected free agency on November 2, 2020. He rejoined the Reds on a minor league contract on April 30, 2021. He spent the 2021 season on the IL and in the minors.

Adleman became a free agent on November 7, 2021. He signed a minor league contract with the New York Mets on March 16, 2022. He was released on August 8th.
