Tyler Wagner, pitcher, started as a relief pitcher at the University of Utah. After the Milwaukee Brewers drafted him in 2012, he was moved to the starting pitcher position in the team's minor league system.

As a minor leaguer from 2012 through 2015, Wagner pitched 499.2 innings in 91 games. During that time, he had a 35-23 record, 401 strikeouts to 171 walks, and a 2.95 ERA.

Wagner pitched 13.2 innings in 3 games with the Brewers in 2015. He was traded to the Arizona Diamondbacks on January 30, 2016. He pitched just 10.0 innings in 3 games with the Diamondbacks in 2016.

The Texas Rangers claimed Wagner off waivers on November 18, 2016. He spent the 2017 and 2018 seasons in the minors.

Wagner became a free agent on November 2, 2018. He hasn't played professional baseball since 2018.
