Brock Stewart, relief pitcher for the Minnesota Twins, was first drafted by the New York Mets in 2010, but he opted instead to attend Illinois State University. He was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in 2014. He played in their minor league system from 2014 through most of 2016. In his first season, he was primarily a relief pitcher, in 2015, he was both a starter and a reliever, and in 2016, he was just a starting pitcher.

Stewart pitched in 5 games as a starting pitcher and 2 games in relief with the Dodgers in 2016. He had 2 wins and 2 losses, 25 strikeouts to 12 walks, and a 5.79 ERA in 28.0 innings. He also pitched 121.0 innings in 21 games as a starter in the minors.

In 2017, Stewart pitched in 4 games as a starter and 13 games of relief with the Dodgers. He finished the season with a 3.41 ERA in 34.1 innings. He didn't pitch in the postseason.

Stewart spent time on the DL in 2018 with a right oblique strain. He pitched in just 9 games with the Dodgers and he had a 6.11 ERA. He also pitched in 19 games in the minors.

The Toronto Blue Jays claimed Stewart off waivers on July 31, 2019. He spent most of the 2019 season in the minors. In 3 games with the Dodgers and 10 games with the Blue Jays, he had 4 wins and no losses, 19 strikeouts to 8 walks, and a 9.82 ERA in 25.2 innings. He also pitched 84.1 innings in 19 games in the minors.

The Chicago Cubs acquired Stewart in the Rule 5 draft on December 12, 2019. He was released by the Cubs on May 28, 2020. He played in just 6 games in the minors in 2020.

Stewart signed a minor league contract with the Dodgers on December 12, 2020. He spent the entire 2021 season on the IL.

Stewart became a free agent on November 7, 2021. He signed a minor league contract with the Twins on July 14, 2022.
