Haley again spent most of the 2018 season in the minors, pitching just 7.2 innings in 4 games with the Red Sox.

Haley became a free agent on November 2, 2018. He signed a minor league contract with the San Francisco Giants on August 1, 2019. He played only in the minors prior to being released on August 31st. He then played in the Korean Baseball Organization for the rest of the season.

Haley hasn't played professional baseball since 2019.
