Roman Quinn, outfielder for the Cleveland Guardians, was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 2011. He played in the Phillies' minor league system from 2012 through 2015. He started as a shortstop and played that position from 2012 through part of 2014. He transitioned to the outfield in 2014.

Quinn joined the Phillies for 15 games in 2016. He batted .263 with 15 hits, including 4 doubles. He also played in 77 games in the minors.

Quinn spent the 2017 season on the DL and in the minors. He didn't play with the Phillies.

Quinn spent part of the 2018 season again on the DL and in the minors. He batted .260 in 50 games with the Phillies.

Quinn was once more on the DL in 2019, with a left groin strain. He batted .213 in 44 games with the Phillies.

Quinn played in 41 games in 2020. He finished the season with 23 hits and a .213 batting average. Defensively, he played 37 games in center field and 2 games in right field.

Quinn spent most of the 2021 season on the IL. He played in just 28 games with the Phillies.

Quinn became a free agent on November 30, 2021. He signed a minor league contract with the Phillies on April 9, 2022. He became a free agent again on June 5th. He signed a minor league contract with the Kansas City Royals on June 9th, and he was released on July 17th. He signed with the Tampa Bay Rays on July 21st.

Quinn became a free agent on November 10, 2022. He signed a minor league contract with the Guardians on January 4, 2023.
