Ryan Tepera, relief pitcher, was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays in 2009. He played in their minor league system from 2009 through 2014.

Tepera pitched in 32 games with the Blue Jays in 2015. He finished the season with a 3.27 ERA and 22 strikeouts to 6 walks in 33.0 innings. He also pitched 34.0 innings in 21 games in the minors. In 2016, he again spent time in the minors. He pitched in 20 games with the Blue Jays and he had a 2.95 ERA and 18 strikeouts to 8 walks in 18.1 innings. In the postseason, he pitched 0.2 innings in 1 game and he gave up no hits.
