Ryon Healy, infielder, was drafted by the Oakland Athletics in 2013. He played in the Athletics' minor league system from 2013 through 2015.

In 2016, Healy played in 72 games with the Athletics. His first major league hit, on July 16th, was a three-run home run. He had an impressive first year, finishing with 82 hits, 20 doubles, 13 home runs, 37 RBIs, 60 strikeouts to 12 walks, and a .305 batting average. Defensively, as the Athletics' third baseman in 72 games, he made 144 assists, 42 putouts, and 9 errors. He also played in 85 games in the minors in 2016.

Healy played in 149 games with the Athletics in 2017. He finished the season with 156 hits, 29 doubles, 25 home runs, 78 RBIs, 142 strikeouts to 23 walks, and a .271 batting average. Defensively, he played 39 games at first base and 34 games at third base.

Healy was traded to the Seattle Mariners on November 15, 2017. He spent time on the DL in 2018 with a sprained right ankle. He played in 116 games and he had 15 doubles, 24 home runs, 73 RBIs, 113 strikeouts to 27 walks, and a .235 batting average. Defensively, as a first baseman in 131 games, he made 63 assists, 114 double plays, 1,007 putouts, and 8 errors.

Healy had hip surgery in August, 2019. He finished the season with 40 hits and a .237 batting average in 47 games.

Healy became a free agent on October 30, 2019. He signed with the Milwaukee Brewers on December 17th. He played in only 4 games with the Brewers in 2020.

Healy became a free agent on November 3, 2020. He signed a minor league contract with the Tampa Bay Rays on March 22, 2021, and he was released on March 31st. He then played in the Korean Baseball Organization and the Mexican Pacific Winter League.
