Stephen Cardullo, infielder, was first drafted by the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2010. He played in the Diamondbacks' minor league system in 2010 and 2011.

Cardullo was released by the Diamondbacks on March 20, 2012. He played for independent leagues from 2012 through 2015.

The Colorado Rockies signed Cardullo on January 6, 2016. He played in 27 games with them in 2016 and he had 12 hits and a .214 batting average. He hit his first major league home run on his 29th birthday. In his second major league game, he hit his first grand slam.

Cardullo spent most of the 2017 season in the minors, playing in just 15 games with the Rockies.

He spent the 2018 season on the DL and in the minors.

Cardullo became a free agent on November 2, 2018. He played with an independent league team and in the Mexican Pacific Winter League in 2019. He played in the Dominican Winter League in 2020.

Cardullo played in the independent Atlantic League in 2021.
