Steve Selsky, outfielder, was first drafted by the Colorado Rockies in 2010 but he opted instead to play for the University of Arizona. A year later, he was drafted by and signed with the Cincinnati Reds. He played in the Reds' minor league system from 2011 through 2015.

In 2016, Selsky played in 34 games with the Reds. He had a .314 batting average with 16 hits, including 2 doubles and 2 home runs, and 7 RBIs. Defensively, he played 3 games in left field, 2 games in center field, and 11 games in right field. He also played in 88 games in the minors.

The Reds designated Selsky for assignment on January 19, 2017. He was claimed off waivers by the Boston Red Sox on January 25th. He spent most of the 2017 season in the minors, playing in just 8 games with the Red Sox.

Selsky became a free agent on November 6, 2017. He signed a minor league contract with the Reds on April 11, 2018. He spent the 2018 season on the DL and in the minors.

Selsky became a free agent on November 2, 2018. He hasn't played professional baseball since 2018.
